When registering for an online training account you are agreeing to:

Prevailing Terms

Only these terms and conditions shall apply to the online training services we offer, you may not attach any other conditions or terms to the agreement we have to allow you access to online materials.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

The training material is owned by Servus. The content provided together with all materials provided including design, software, code, graphics, videos, text documents and audio are owned by Servus. No content in whole or in part may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, or linked to in any way without the prior written permission of Servus. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Servus’s intellectual property rights.

Personal Data

The personal data you provide when registering shall be held in accordance with GDPR. It will be used for the purpose of delivering the course. It may be used to contact you in respect of services offered by Servus. If you do not wish to be contacted you should
advise in writing.

Liability

Servus accepts no liability for the accuracy or detail of any part of the training materials provided. You should take professional advice for any practical situations and should not rely on the training information. The information is provided to give you a
background understanding to help you be better informed when appointing a suitable professional.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any liability which cannot be legally limited.
